WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR PUBLIC HOUSING IN NEEDHAM?
Families, the elderly and disabled persons who meet the income requirements, may apply for NHA Housing programs.
ELIGIBLE INCOME REQUIREMENTS ARE BELOW:Area Median Income for Needham is $149,300 If you are applying for public housing, your income cannot be greater than 80% of the AMI. If you are applying for Section 8, generally, your income cannot be greater than 50% of the AMI (although in some cases the income limit could be as high as 80% of area median income).
