Federal housing was built with and is partially maintained by funds received from U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR FEDERAL HOUSING?
Families, disabled persons and anyone aged 62 and over who meet the income requirements may apply.
The waitlist is currently open for our 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom units.
WHERE IS YOUR FEDERAL HOUSING LOCATED?
We have three federal properties located in Needham.
Seabeds Way and Captain Robert Cook Drive housing are located next to each other in Needham Heights.
High Rock Estates is near Needham center.

This is the only Needham Housing Authority property featuring four bedroom units. It is located in a pleasant, wooded area of Needham, just off a major MBTA bus route. All units feature washer dryer hook-ups (tenants supply their own washers and dryers) and some units feature one and one half baths.

High Rock Estates is a family development which consists of 60 single family homes. High Rock Estates homes feature both front and back yards. They are conveniently located within walking distance of the town center and feature easy access to both train and bus transportation.
